The speaker identification feature automatically identifies and displays speakers when you click AI summary in “Meeting Minutes”. This speaker identification feature is very convenient for both those using translation features for external meeting tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and those who want to transcribe audio from multiple speakers with one PC (or microphone) in a VoicePing meeting room.

How to Use

For Transcription/Translation in External Meeting Tools

Steps
  1. Hold a meeting with an external meeting tool (see Translation in Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
  2. Go to the generated meeting minutes
  3. Click the “Try AI Summary” button to check speaker identification

For Transcription/Translation in VoicePing Meeting Room

  1. Enter VoicePing meeting room
  2. Click “Chat” button
  3. Select microphone icon (speaking language) + “Text & A” icon (language to translate to)
  4. Unmute microphone and have audio recognized
  5. After transcription/translation is complete, exit the meeting room
  6. Click the “Try AI Summary” button from meeting minutes to check speaker identification
