How to Change Plans

Free Plan to Paid Plan

1. PC

Free Plan to Small Plan
  1. Click “Upgrade Free Plan”
  2. Click “Change Plan” then “Upgrade Plan”
  3. Review the paid plan information and click “Purchase”
  4. Enter credit card information to complete payment

After completing the plan change, please also check the confirmation email from [email protected].

Free Plan to Premium Plan
The Premium Plan offers a 1-week trial period before purchase. You will be automatically charged after the trial period ends, so please enjoy the 1-week trial.
  1. Click “Upgrade Free Plan”
  2. Click “Change Plan” then “1-Week Free Trial”
  3. Review the “Trial Policy” and click “Start Trial”
  4. Enter credit card information
  5. Complete

After completing the plan change, please also check the confirmation email from [email protected].

2. Mobile

Due to App Store regulations, the “Change Plan” button will not appear on mobile until you have used up the free 60 minutes. Please use up the free 60 minutes or purchase from PC.
  1. Open and log in to VoicePing mobile app
  2. Tap the three-line icon at the top left
  3. Tap “Change Subscription Plan”
  4. Tap “Learn More” for the plan
  5. Tap “Upgrade Plan” and enter card information via “Add New Card”
  6. Review “Cancellation Policy” and check the checkbox
  7. Tap “Purchase” to complete

3. Enterprise Contracts & Written/Electronic Signatures

If you wish to start a paid plan with a written contract, please refer to the Contract Procedures (Written/Electronic Signature) manual and contact us via this form or request an online demo.

  1. Log in to VoicePing from browser
  2. Click the user icon
  3. Click “Show Admin Dashboard”
  4. From the “Payment Information” section, follow these steps to switch to your desired plan:
    • Click “Change Plan”
    • Select desired plan
    • Review details and complete plan change

2. Mobile

  1. Open and log in to VoicePing mobile app
  2. Tap the three-line icon at the top left
  3. Tap “Change Subscription Plan”
  4. Tap “Learn More” for the plan you want to change to
  5. Tap “Change Subscription Plan” and complete after reviewing payment information

3. Electronic Contract (Written Contract) Customers

Apply via Contact Form
If you wish to change plans, please contact us via this form with the following information:

  1. Company name
  2. Company address
  3. Company phone number
  4. Contact person name
  5. Contract date
  6. Current plan type & desired plan

Cancellation / Trial End: In-App Payment Customers

1. PC

  1. Log in to VoicePing from browser
  2. Click the user icon
  3. Click “Show Admin Dashboard”
  4. From the “Payment Information” section, switch to “Free Plan”:
    • Click “Change Plan”
    • Click “Change to Free Version” under Free Plan
    • Enter cancellation reason
    • Complete plan cancellation
  5. Confirm cancellation message on “Payment Information” screen

Please be sure to confirm the cancellation message. If these steps are not followed, the cancellation will be considered incomplete and no refunds will be provided.

2. Mobile

Note: Based on App Store policy, the “Change Subscription Plan” button will appear on mobile only after using all 60 free minutes.
  1. Open and log in to VoicePing mobile app
  2. Tap the three-line icon at the top left
  3. Tap “Change Subscription Plan”
  4. Tap “Change to Free Version” under Free Plan
  5. Tap “Change to Free Version”
  6. Select cancellation reasons (multiple selection allowed) to enable the “Cancel” button
If you select “Other”, you must enter at least 15 characters to enable the Cancel button.
  1. Tap “Cancel”
  2. Confirm cancellation message on “Plan” screen

Cancellation / Trial End: Non In-App Payment Customers

If you have contracted through methods other than in-app payment (such as electronic contracts), you cannot access the “Payment Information” section on the log page. If you wish to cancel, please contact us via this form with the following information:
