As we transition from a metaverse office-focused service to a translation platform, we will discontinue the refund system based on SLA (Service Level Agreement) as of August 1, 2025. Every Friday 18:00 ~ 21:00 (UTC+9) Intermittent connection errors may occur in the app. We may also perform urgent maintenance on an irregular basis when critical issues arise. In such cases, we will notify you via Zoho or email. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
