Member management involves adding, deleting, and changing roles of members within the virtual office.

How to Manage Members

1. First, Navigate to the “Member Management” Page

2. What You Can Do on the “Member Management” Page

  1. Add Members: Details here
  2. Change Member Roles: Workspace owner, manager, or member
If you are the owner of multiple workspaces, you cannot change workspace ownership
  1. Assign projects
  2. Assign groups
  3. Assign floors that each member can access (if there are multiple floors)
  4. Web App: Allow VoicePing access from browser
  5. Delete members
