How to Change Account Settings

Avatar Settings

Changing Avatar Image

1. Click the gear icon in the top left of the app screen
2. Click the pen mark icon in the top left of the profile
3. Select an image
4. If you want to make it larger or smaller than the automatically set size, move the mouse while clicking outside the circle to crop the image
5. Click the “Upload” button

Changing Avatar Size

1. Click the gear icon in the top left of the app screen
2. Click the “Workspace” tab
3. Click the arrow next to “User Avatar Size”
4. Select a size
5. Click the “Update” button

Changing Avatar Display Name

1. Click the gear icon in the top left of the app screen
2. Change “Display Name” to the name you want shown to the team
3. Click the “Update” button

Display Avatar Name

1. Click the gear icon in the top left of the app screen
2. Click the “Workspace” tab
3. Click the arrow next to “Balloon Text Size”
4. Select a size
5. Click the arrow next to “Display Name Text Size”
6. Select a size
7. Click the “Update” button

Auto-Login on Computer Startup

1. Click the gear icon in the top left of the app screen
2. Click the “General” tab
3. Click the toggle button next to “Launch VoicePing automatically on computer startup”

In-App Display Language Settings

1. Click the gear icon in the top left of the app screen
2. Click the “General” tab
3. Click the arrow next to “Display Language”
4. Select a display language from Japanese, English, or Korean

How to Update Desktop App Version

1. Open the “Settings Menu” in the application
2. Select “Version”

​

Updating Email Address

1. Click the gear icon in the top right
2. Select Account
3. Click “Update” in the Email field
4. Authenticate from the confirmation email sent to your mailbox

Changing Account Name

1. Click the gear icon in the top right
2. Select Account
3. Enter a new name in the Display Name field

Updating Password

1. Click the gear icon in the top right
2. Select Account
3. Enter old password and new password
