1. How to Create Meeting Minutes in Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.
- Open meeting app and join the meeting
- Open VoicePing app and click “In-Person/Web Meeting/Seminar Translation” button
- Select microphone icon (speaking language) + “Text & A” icon (language to translate to) (if translation is not needed, set both to the same language)
- Start transcription → End transcription with “Stop”
- Click “Transcript is here” from VoicePing app to check meeting minutes

2. How to Create Meeting Minutes in VoicePing App (Meeting Room)
- After creating a meeting room, enter
- Click “Chat” button
- Select microphone icon (speaking language) + “Text & A” icon (language to translate to) (if translation is not needed, set both to the same language)
- Click “Meeting Log” icon at the top of the meeting room
- Check meeting minutes
- AI summary is automatically created.
- When you leave the meeting room, the minutes are automatically saved.
3. How to View Past Meeting Minutes
- Open VoicePing app
- Click “Meeting Log” icon at the top of the app
- Click “Meeting Log” section
- Check meeting minutes
4. How to Share Meeting Minutes
Sharing with Workspace Members
- Click “Allow workspace members to view”
- Select sharing scope
Sharing Scope
- Allow only meeting participants
- Allow only specific users/groups
- Allow all workspace members
- Click “Change”
- Copy link from “Copy Share URL” button
- Share URL with workspace members
Sharing Externally
- Click “Download transcript file”
- Share downloaded text file externally
5. Other Features
Change Meeting Minutes Display Language
If it’s a translation language used in the meeting, you can change the display language of meeting minutes at any time.
- Click the language box on the right side of the meeting minutes page
- Check meeting minutes in the changed language
Edit Meeting Minutes Name
- Click the pencil icon at the top of the meeting minutes page
- Edit the meeting minutes name and press Enter to save
