1. Enterprise Plan

  2. Conclude NDA confidentiality agreement, GDPR SCC agreement, or respond to security sheet (including Assured) (Optional)
  3. Issue quotation

  1. Contract period: Monthly / Annual
  2. Number of contracted users (minimum: 50 people)
  3. Desired contract start date
  4. Company location (postal code, address)
  5. Contact person name

How to Start Using
  1. Create workspace owner account following the manual
  2. Provide account information to our representative via email
    • Required information: Workspace owner account email address
  3. Our representative will contact you after switching plans
  4. Start using and invite members
  1. Issue Stripe credit card payment link or invoice
  2. Complete payment by payment deadline
    • Monthly payment based on number of users (current month closing, payment due end of following month)

2. Small Plan

※NDA confidentiality agreement, GDPR SCC agreement, or security sheet response (including Assured) is only available for annual Enterprise plan contracts, not for Small plans
Monthly invoice issuance is only available for annual contracts.
When Upgrading Annual Contract Plan Mid-TermA new 1-year contract is required starting from the contract date of the upgraded plan.If you have paid the full year’s fee for the existing contract in a lump sum, we will deduct the unused portion of the existing contract from the annual contract amount of the upgrade plan when billing.
