Check Transcription & Summary

Step 1: Upload File

1. From the three-dot menu icon on the initial screen, select audio/video file transcription/translation
2. Drag the audio/video file to the area that says “Click or drag files here to add them”, or click to select the audio/video file

Step 2: Settings and Upload

3. A settings file will open for upload, so set the language of the audio/video file and the target translation language, then upload the file

​

Step 3: Wait for Processing

4. After upload, wait for the transcription and translation processing to complete

​

Step 4: Check Results

5. When transcription and translation processing are complete, you can view the summary and media
   • Summary: Displays only transcription and translation
   • Media: You can check the video along with transcription for video files

Subtitle & Voice-over Embedding

Step 1: Select Translation

1. Click “View Media” and click the translation you want to see from “Translate”

​

Step 2: Select Download Format

2. Once translation is complete, press the Download button and select one of the following:
   • Video with subtitles: File with subtitles embedded in the video
   • Video with subtitles and dubbed audio: File with both subtitles and translated audio embedded

​

Step 3: Download

3. After creation, download becomes available
