How to Start Recording
- Enter a VoicePing meeting room
- Click the recording button in the meeting room
- Recording will start
Checking and Downloading Recordings
- Open the VoicePing app
- Click the “Meeting Log” icon
- Select the recorded meeting
- Download the recording video
About Recording Data Retention PeriodRecording video data that is more than 1 month old will be deleted without prior notice. If you want to keep it for more than 1 month, please download it in advance.
