  4. Whether premium support is required
※ Without premium support, please understand that we do not provide support such as email, phone, web meetings, or in-person meetings (manual guidance, all preparations for the event day, operational methods on the day, connection methods to audio devices, troubleshooting such as inability to transcribe or translate). We will only respond to contacts regarding login issues or the event plan not being applied. However, we will issue a test account after completing the application form, so you can test functionality until the event day.
  1. Verbal agreement on pricing at the online individual briefing session, or decide whether to contract after issuing a quotation
  2. We will issue a service application form (the application must be completed at least one week before the event starts)
Required Information
  1. Delivery date
  2. Event plan details (50 people/51200 people/201500 people/5011000 people)
  3. Whether premium support is required (Online support or On-site support)
※ For on-site support, separate rehearsals on different days from the main event will incur additional fees.※ On-site support in Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa is available from 1 day, within Japan from 2 days, and outside Japan from 3 days or more. Transportation and accommodation expenses are billed separately
  1. Payment method: Bank transfer / Stripe credit card payment link
※ Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
  1. Agreement to refund policy in case of event cancellation. Full payment is required even if not used on the day.

  3. We will apply the event plan to the account, and please confirm the Enterprise Plan (Event Plan) reflection on your side
